2. Filter material: ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper; the pleat spacing is equal to ensure the best airflow and achieve high dust holding capacity;

3. Frame sealant: PU two-component polyurethane glue;

4. Divider: EVA hot melt glue;

2. Precautions for using knife-type HEPA filters:

1. Regularly check whether there is any debris blocking the air inlet surface and whether the filter material surface is damaged;

2. If there is any object blocking the surface, it should be removed; if the surface of the product filter material is severely damaged, it must be plugged; if the surface damage cannot be repaired, a new filter must be replaced;

3. During installation, ensure that the pressure edge of the frame is well sealed to prevent air leakage; do not hit the surface of the filter with heavy objects, and do not pull the filter material surface with force; during installation, the pressure on the frame around the filter should be uniform;

4. Ensure that the product has a filter with an efficiency of F8 or above as a pre-filter for protection.
